St. Joseph College of Communication (SJCC) hosted a heartwarming Alumni gathering to commemorate its 20th anniversary. The event, held in an informal setting, fostered a sense of camaraderie and nostalgia among former students. Jyothirmayi Kurup, President of the Alumni Association, led the event alongside Secretary Noble Peter and Treasurer Tissa Kuncheria. Principal Fr. Joseph Parackal extended a warm welcome to the returning alumni, reminiscing about the college's journey and its impact on countless lives. Jyothirmayi Kurup delivered a heartfelt presidential address, followed by a captivating keynote address by Fr. Antony Ethackad, the former executive director. The gathering was further enriched by felicitations from esteemed guests – Prof. Chandramohan Nair, renowned filmmaker Mr. Sivaprasad, and senior faculty members Thomas Joseph, Saji Lukose, Nissa Susan, and Suresh. The event also paid tribute to the college's departed pillars, Prof. John Sankaramanagalam and Dr. Wilson Kottam, whose contributions were remembered with respect and gratitude. Notably, alumni residing in the Gulf countries actively participated in the celebrations through an online platform, strengthening the college's global network.
