BA Visual Communication
Course Overview
The BA Visual Communication course aims to develop proficient media professionals skilled in advertising, journalism, and television production. Throughout the 8 semesters, students cover essential aspects of media production such as photography, video and audio recording &editing, radio production, media management, scriptwriting, graphic design, storyboarding, public relations, marketing, ad film campaigns, creative writing, digital marketing, media text analysis, documentary making, and anchoring & news presentation.
Additionally, students receive training in software such as Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Audition, and FCP etc
Programme Duration: 4 Years (8 Semesters)
Eligibility: +2 or equivalent
NB: Students have the option to graduate after three years. Upon completion of the required minimum courses totalling 133 credits, they will receive an undergraduate degree in their chosen field. Those who complete four years with a specific number of courses with 177 credits will earn a degree with honours.
