Student Grievance Redressal System

Our college has established a comprehensive grievance redressal system to address the concerns of students and staff efficiently. This system is categorized into three sections: General Grievances of the students, Examination & Academic-Related Grievances of students, and issues exclusive to Women Staff and Students.

1. General Grievances

Students can lodge general grievances through the following channels:

a. How to Lodge Complaints:

  • Submit a written complaint to the convenor of the Students’ Grievance Redressal Committee or drop it in the suggestion box.
  • Scan QR codes available on campus and submit complaints.

b. Monitoring Process:

  • Complaints received are monitored by the Convenor of the Students’ Grievance Redressal Committee.
  • The convenor reviews the grievance portal daily before leaving the campus.

c. Resolution Timeline:

  • Decisions on complaints will be taken within a week.

2. Examination & Academic-Related Grievances

a. Submission Methods:

  • Submit a written complaint.
  • Use the QR codes displayed at multiple locations across the campus.

The college has a dedicated mechanism for addressing concerns specific to women staff and students: Internal Complaints Committee (ICC):
