International Women’s Day Programme Inaugurated by Sminu Sijo

Actress Sminu Sijo inaugurated the International Women’s Day programme organized by the St. Joseph School of Communication, Kurishumoodu, in collaboration with the Kerala Journalists Union Women’s Wing. In her address, she emphasized the importance of women being aware of their rights and legal protections, encouraging them to make the most of opportunities to achieve their life goals. The event also marked the state-level launch of the “Women Empowerment and Media” campaign as part of the Kerala Journalists Union Silver Jubilee celebrations, inspiring students and participants to actively engage in discussions on gender equality and media empowerment.
