The short film Balloons produced by our college has won 3 international awards. 1. *Best Cause Driven Film in Cannes World Film Festival, France* 2. *Outstanding Achievement Award (Microfilm) in Indie Short Fes, Los Angels, USA* 3. *Silver Award for Best Microfilm in Independent Shorts Awards, Los Angels, USA.* It is moment of immense joy and pride for SJCC that it could show its presence in international platforms like Cannes. Hearty congratulations to Mr Sajan Kalathil who came up with the concept and cinematographed the film, Mr. Binil C Amackadu and Mr. Renjith Kuzhur who did the post production works and all the MA students who worked with them to make this happen.
