SJCC has nearly a thousand students hailing from every nook and corner of Kerala and some even from other states. All these students share common interests and passions related to film and media production; the peer learning that takes place on the campus is unparalleled. The campus is a place for brainstorming and discussions where students share their thoughts, ideas, knowledge and experience to make wonderful designs and videos.

SJCC has a dedicated and experienced faculty, including professionals from prestigious institutions like FTII and SRFTI. Many serve on university boards of studies and expert committees, contributing to the creation and development of new syllabi in alignment with NEP 2020 guidelines for our four-year undergraduate programs. Some faculty members also teach as visiting professors at other colleges. Additionally, our faculty has garnered international recognition for their creative productions. They maintain strong connections with the media industry and stay updated with current trends and advancements.
