Treasa Mary Sunu is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Media Studies. An ardent educator and scholar with a meticulous academic trajectory. She holds a master’s degree from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy with a specialisation in English Language and Literature. She has a prevailing interest in the rapidly advancing field of Biolinguistics and Neuroscience which pertain to the brain - language correlations. In her M. A. dissertation, on the Neurobiology of Stuttering, she addresses the structural and functional brain differences in people who stutter. In addition, Second Language Acquisition, Language and Gene, and Memory Studies are her other areas of interest.
