Author Guidelines

Format: The authors should submit their original research articles in the following format: 1. Title page 2. Abstract & Keywords 3. Research article in a structured format 4. Author’s Biography 5. Declaration Statements

Title Page: The manuscripts should be submitted with the title page bearing only the title of the article, author/s’ names, affiliations, official addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses. Author/s’ name should not appear on any other page. This page must clearly indicate the name of the corresponding author who will handle communications at all stages of publication.

Abstract: The abstract should be 150-200 words, providing a general introduction to the topic and a brief, non-technical summary of the main results and their implications. Do not include references, sections or subheadings. 

Keywords: Provide up to 6 keywords for indexing, representing the main content of the submission. 

Abstract & Keywords: Abstract shall be about 150-200 words. Up to 6 keywords shall be used for indexing purposes.

Manuscript: The manuscript should be between 3000 to 6,000 words, neatly typed in MS Word, in single space, 12 point Calibri font. Place all illustrations, figures, and tables within the text at appropriate points, not at the end.

  • Endnotes: Use serial numbers for all notes within the text, with detailed references as endnotes at the end of the document, before the reference list. Endnotes are optional.
  • References: Include a list of references after the endnotes, arranged alphabetically by surname. Only cite works referenced in the main text.
  • All submitted articles will undergo peer review. Acceptance is based on reviewer recommendations.

Author's Biography: The authors must provide a biographical sketch of about 60 - 80 words. This should include information about their current designation and affiliation, specialization, number of books and articles published in journals.

Submission: Manuscripts should be electronically submitted at sijcr@sjcc.co.in

Declaration Statement: A declaration of accountability is required from every one of the authors regarding originality, conflict of interests and financial support.

  • Originality: Each manuscript must include a declaration stating that the article is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
  • Conflicts of Interest: The authors must guarantee that their article is devoid of any competing interests and must explicitly explain if there are any such
  • Financial Support: The authors must provide information regarding any monetary aid received, including funds, grants, or other auxiliary forms of support, in the process of writing the article.
